Arason Enterprises will accept undamaged returned merchandise within 45 days of receipt. Mattresses that have been opened may not be returned. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on each item to be restocked. Merchandise that is returned damaged cannot be resold and will be invoiced.
Arason Enterprises will not be responsible for replacing damaged goods unless the consignee signs for as damaged.
Repair and Replacement parts: Arason Enterprises will ship replacement parts for damaged or defective products if deemed necessary. Often it is more cost-effective to have the product repaired by an onsite furniture repair service than to ship a new product because of the size and weight of the product.
