Our Policies

Pricing Policy

Archic Furniture Guarantees the lowest online price on it's products.

If you find a lower price for any products on our store, we will beat it by $50 for products listed over $2000. In order to be eligible, you must provide proof - whether a screenshot, invoice, email, etc. of the lower offer.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us, please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.

Our 100% Price Match Guarantee has some limitations:

  • You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
  • Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
  • The item must be in stock on the competitors website
  • The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
  • The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc.)
  • Refund requests EXCLUDE special once-a-year promotions such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
  • The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question
  • The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax.

*Certain exceptions may apply.

Archic Furniture strives to give its customers the lowest price allowed by its manufacturers. We want you to have the best value and the best deal which is why we always offer the best sales and discounts. Keep checking our website for new deals and subscribe to our social media accounts to get the latest that we are offering.

The Price Match Guarantee policy is also limited by the calculation of cost vs loss. If the Price Matched is incurring a loss, it is up to us to make a final decision about whether we can approve the proposed price.

Sales & Use Tax

Currently, items sold by Archic Furniture are subject to sales tax when they are shipped to the below states:

  • Virginia
  • Maryland
  • Tennessee
  • Louisiana
  • Illinois
  • Massachusetts
  • Washington DC
  • Mississippi
  • Florida
  • New Mexico
  • California
  • Michigan

We currently do not collect sales tax on items delivered to other states, however, this is subject to change at any time and without notice.

Shipping Policy

All orders over $199 qualify for free curbside shipping to the contiguous United States. Orders under $199 incur a flat $19.95 shipping fee.
We ship smaller items via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Larger and heavier items are shipped via LTL freight carrier.

We do not ship outside the United States. Some exceptions apply — if the website permits you to complete checkout with your shipping address, your order will be fulfilled. Select products are available for delivery to Canada.

Freight Shipping

Many items sold at Archic Furniture are too large or heavy to ship via standard postal carriers and will be delivered by a freight carrier. We reserve the right to select the freight carrier for your shipment.

Freight shipments are delivered curbside. The driver is not expected to bring items inside your home, to your backyard, or up any stairs. Please arrange for additional help if you are unable to move heavy or bulky items on your own.

Freight shipping is more complex than standard parcel delivery due to the size and weight of the items involved. Delays outside of our control are possible. We do not guarantee delivery times.

It is your responsibility to be available to accept your delivery and to answer all communications from the freight carrier, including phone calls. Failure to accept a scheduled delivery may result in storage fees or re-delivery charges that are the responsibility of the customer. Re-delivery attempts are charged at 50% of the original freight cost. No exceptions apply.

We strongly advise you not to schedule contractors until your order has been fully delivered and inspected. We are not responsible for any costs associated with project delays due to shipping.

Shipping Upgrade Options

Our standard free shipping is curbside delivery. The following upgrades are available at checkout:

- Threshold Delivery — Item is brought to your porch or into a sheltered/garage area.
- Threshold Delivery + Assembly — Item is brought to your porch or sheltered area, with technician assembly arranged. Packaging removal is not included.
- White Glove Delivery — Item is brought to your room of choice, minor assembly is completed, and all boxes and packaging are removed from your home.

Lead Times

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday are processed the following business day (typically Monday).
In-stock orders typically ship within 2–3 business days after processing. Backordered products may require additional time. Lead times displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been received and your payment pre-authorized. We immediately contact our suppliers to verify stock availability. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you by email. If your item is available for immediate shipment, we will process payment and submit the order for fulfillment.

Order Shipment

In-stock orders will ship within 5 business days of your order date. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you have not received tracking information within 6 business days, please contact us at support@archicfurniture.com.

While the majority of orders arrive within 5–15 business days of shipment, transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Transit time may vary based on your delivery address, your availability to receive the shipment, and carrier network conditions.

How to Inspect Your Delivery

Carefully inspect your shipment at the time of delivery before signing the delivery receipt. Follow these steps:

Count all boxes on the delivery and confirm the count matches the delivery receipt before signing.

Inspect all exterior packaging for visible damage while the driver is present.

If there is major visible damage (crushed boxes, punctures, significant exterior damage): mark "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment. Contact us immediately at support@archicfurniture.com.

If there is minor visible damage (small tears to shrink wrap or boxes): accept the delivery, mark "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt, and contact us right away.

Do not sign a clean receipt if damage or missing items are observed. Once a clean receipt is signed, your ability to file a freight claim may be forfeited.

After delivery, unpack and inspect all items. It is your responsibility to fully unpack and inspect your shipment in a timely manner.

Damaged Items

It is your responsibility to inspect all delivered products for damage or defects. You must notify us by email of any damage or defects within 5 business days of delivery. No exceptions apply.

Photos and videos of damage, the exterior box, and the SKU label must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery for freight damage claims to be valid. Any punctures or visible exterior damage must be reported within this window.
If you notify us within 5 business days:

Email support@archicfurniture.com with photos, the SKU, and a description of the damage. If you call us, we will direct you to follow up by email for documentation purposes.

We will offer free replacement parts, a discount to keep the item as-is, or a refund/full replacement.

Items cannot be used in any way while a damage resolution is pending.

If you choose to keep the item for a discount or accept replacement parts, you have 3 business days to accept or reject the offer. Items must remain unused during this period.

Please retain all original packaging, boxes, and items in the event the freight carrier requires an inspection.

If you do not notify us within 5 business days:

We will not offer refunds, replacement parts, discounts, or exchanges under any circumstances. After 5 business days, we are outside the filing window for freight and manufacturer claims.

Replacement parts may be available for purchase.

Please note: some products may arrive with residue as a byproduct of the manufacturing process. Archic Furniture is not responsible for costs associated with cleaning manufacturing residue.

Missing Items

Missing items listed on the delivery receipt must be reported within 5 business days of delivery by contacting support@archicfurniture.com.
Before signing the delivery receipt, mark any missing items as "MISSING" on the receipt and notify the driver of the short shipment.

In the event of missing items, please allow a few additional business days for the carrier to locate the shipment. If missing items cannot be located, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

We reserve the right to reject claims for missing items not reported within 5 business days of delivery.

Address Changes

If your order has already been processed or shipped and you need to change the delivery address, contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate the request. Please expect potential delays. Any additional charges from the freight carrier resulting from an address change are the responsibility of the customer. No exceptions apply.

Stolen Packages (FedEx or UPS)

Archic Furniture is not responsible for stolen packages. If your shipment is marked as delivered by the postal carrier, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Return Policy

Cancellations & Refunds: At Archic, we pride ourselves on having the best return policies in the industry. Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see below).

If you have questions, please send an email to support@archicfurniture.com or call us at ‪916-262-7257

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at ‪916-262-7257, the chat in the bottom right, or email support@archicfurniture.com any time.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.

These units, are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.

All sales are final for Custom made and Made to order products.

Refunds and Returns

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.

Transactions fees will also be deduced from your refund. Depending on what you used: If you used financing, this is often the highest. This can range from 2.9% + $0.30 to 5.99% + $0.30 for the transaction.

Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.

Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
