The Le Griddle The Big Texan Triple Burner Gas Griddle GFE105 is an advanced gas griddle made from 304 stainless steel with 3 U-shaped, 9,000 BTU stainless steel burners. It features a removable greese tray for easy cleaning and a patented griddle plate for even heat distribution.

With a total cooking power of 27,000 BTU's and a cooking surface size of 41 1/4" x 15 3/4", this griddle is perfect for grilling large batches of food. It includes a safety valve with thermocouple and gas orifice to ensure your safety.
