Osburn 1700 Wood Insert offers a high-end wood log insert designed for maximum heat output and efficiency. One of the most popular Osburn units, the 2000 Insert combines high quality combustion properties with a powerful, strategically positioned blower designed to increase circulation and efficiently distribute heat throughout a room. The Osburn 2000 is an EPA-certified appliance with an efficiency rating of 77 percent to ensure a clean burn. This premium unit features a firebox lined with refractory bricks for more even heat distribution, while the stainless steel secondary air system improves gas combustion and reduces harmful gas emission.

The approximate heating area ranges from 500 - 2,100ft², while the unique design also creates an automatic glass "air wash" system to keep the glass door clean without any additional effort. The heavy duty carbon steel construction ensures a high-quality and durable product, while the metallic black color integrates into any room's decor.

The Osburn 2000 features a number of customizable aesthetic options, as well. A steel door overlay is available in either black or brushed nickel to match room décor, while regular and large faceplate trim options are available to create a cohesive look for your hearth.

The bed is solid, well made and had no defects or blemishes. Delivery was quick, on time and the packaging was excellent. It was one of the easiest assemblies we have ever experienced. My husband was especially impressed with how clear the instructions were and the quality of the craftsmanship. We also liked that there were videos on the website that helped explain how to open up and put away the bed itself. The entire process was seamless. We have not slept in the bed yet - our first test will be when our son and daughter-in-law visit in a few weeks, however just lying on the bed it seems very comfortable.
