Could use a little upscale tweaking

The pillows are carefully made, but I was disappointed with the velcro straps that hold the pillows on the Adirondack chairs. The narrowness of the straps make the pillows look a bit cheap. If the straps were doubled in size I think they would look a bit more upscale. Perhaps, if Archic were to offer the straps in black as well as white, the straps might blend better with darker colored chairs and the narrowness would not stand out as much.

The bed is solid, well made and had no defects or blemishes. Delivery was quick, on time and the packaging was excellent. It was one of the easiest assemblies we have ever experienced. My husband was especially impressed with how clear the instructions were and the quality of the craftsmanship. We also liked that there were videos on the website that helped explain how to open up and put away the bed itself. The entire process was seamless. We have not slept in the bed yet - our first test will be when our son and daughter-in-law visit in a few weeks, however just lying on the bed it seems very comfortable.
