No returns will be accepted without obtaining a District Eight Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) issued by District Eight.

All items must be returned without damage. All items must be returned in their original packaging.

A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned merchandise in unopened cartons and in saleable condition.

Return freight for stock items must be prepaid by the customer and returned without damage in their original packaging. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. The bed is solid, well made and had no defects or blemishes. Delivery was quick, on time and the packaging was excellent. It was one of the easiest assemblies we have ever experienced. My husband was especially impressed with how clear the instructions were and the quality of the craftsmanship. We also liked that there were videos on the website that helped explain how to open up and put away the bed itself. The entire process was seamless. We have not slept in the bed yet - our first test will be when our son and daughter-in-law visit in a few weeks, however just lying on the bed it seems very comfortable.
