Return Policy

RMA number required, all items must be received by us in original, re-sellable condition and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Replacement parts for items received defective will be provided free of charge but the freight for large parts will be the responsiblity of the customer. Replacement parts for any other reason such as freight damage must be purchased if available or an entirely new product may need to be ordered.

Beautiful!

The wood is beautiful, and the quality of the furniture is impeccable. The assembly was as simple enough for this 69 year old to accomplish with my husband’s help in a couple hours… I’m slow! It’s perfect under the window in our office/bedroom in our home. We love it!

Beautiful piece of furniture. Very heavy duty wood and nice finish.

I like the sturdiness of the wood and finish. Looks to be comfortable. husband and I assembled in a couple of hours. I like that there is space on top to store sheets and pillows. I can lift the top myself to assemble the bed.

Excellent Product And Worth Every Penny!

Archic was fabulous at answering my questions about delivery and the item- very personable and helpful. The Murphy Cube arrived quickly and was professionally delivered by the local carrier. The video and printed instructions were very easy to follow. The pieces are hefty but not impossible to put together - even for a single retired woman! The quality of the wood is excellent. The Tri-fold mattress is super thick and durable looking and fits perfectly into the “cube”. Repainted the guest room/office and really like that the Murphy Cube has a much smaller footprint than the pull out sofa it replaced - room looks so much larger and the Murphy Cube is nicer to look at. Can’t wait for company to test it out! Highly recommend!

As advertised

The product showed up at the scheduled time with no damage. Very well packaged.

Assembly is a two person job. I tried to get a head start on assembly by printing out a copy of the instructions online. I also watched the online video. The delivered bed also came with instructions. I guess all these instructions were useful, but unfortunately you certainly can not follow them step by step. The problem was that some assemble had already been done. A good thing but a bit confusing. To assemble the bed took my wife and I about two hours. The materials are of good quality and the holes all lined up. Not one extra part.

We will be using it as a spare bed in a guest room. It seems pretty comfortable and is pretty nice looking. We purchased a 2 inch foam topper go over the pads. Now I have to find a place for the foam topper.

In a previous house I built a Murphy bed for the same purpose. It was a labor of love and worked fine. However, this product servers the same purpose for a bit less dollars and a lot less work. We are happy with our purchase.
