  • The slide-in gas range offers heavy-duty cast-iron grates and 6 versatile burners, one single 18000-BTU burner, three single 12000-BTU burners, two dual-ring 15000-BTU burners (650-BTU for simmer) to distribute even heat for simmering, boil, stir-frying, steaming, melting or even caramelizing.
  • The deep recessed gas range with an automatic reignition ensures a continuous flame and reignites automatically if accidentally extinguished. The zinc alloy control knobs with blue LED lights allow you to see if the cooktop is turned on from a distance.
  • The stainless-steel gas range with a brilliant blue interior, and the temperature can be set up from 150°F to 500°F help you to cook perfectly and accurately. It’s good for broiling, baking, defrosting, dehydration, and preheating.
  • The commercial-grade gas oven offers an extra-large 5.2 cu. ft. cooking capacity, 2 removable oven racks, a baking tray and cover, 5 adjustable rack position to accommodate the various size of food items. Turn your oven to a Thanksgiving turkey roaster.
  • The commercial convection fan circulates heated air over, under, and around, delivering the ideal temperature and airflow for fast preheating and uniform cooking helps remove cold spots to ensure even baking. Because the entire oven, including the walls and racks, is heated to the correct temperature.
  • The slide-in gas range comes with a large oven window and two halogen oven lights that allow you to see your food while cooking without opening the door. The triple-layer tempered glass adds to the eye-catching aesthetic of the complete exterior design.

  • Measure doorways, hallways, stairways, and areas where there may be a tight fit to ensure your appliance will fit.
  •  Check if your cooktop requires gas or electricity. Depending on the model, electric cooktops require a 30, 40, or 50-amp circuit.
  • Remove your existing cooktop and measure the cutout opening. Measure the cutout width from side to side, depth from front to back, and distance between the cutout and both the back wall and the front of the countertop.
  • Keep in mind that your new cooktop will have a lip that will overlap the cutout by ½-1 inch. You should also subtract any space needed for gas lines, ventilation, or other manufacturer requirements beneath the cooktop. Your cooktop should also be 24 to 36 inches from any hood or cabinets above it.
