With its heavy duty 304 stainless steel construction and 100% thermally conductive surface, heat is conducted evenly across the entire griddle. It features a durable high-powered 18,000 Btu 304 stainless steel burners, exclusive curved tray for oil and fat recovery, and a secured device with a safety valve and thermocouple for added safety and convenience.
