Replacement parts for items received defective will be provided free of charge but the freight for large parts will be the responsiblity of the customer.     Drawers not as great as originals.

    We bought a Night and Day Dresser in 2018 and the drawers glide with the lightest touch. The new chest of drawers have a different system and need an extra push to close all the way. I suggest that the factory put #'s 1 through 5 on the side of each drawer so that we are sure that we get them back in the right way. We had to take the drawers out to be able to move the heavy chest to the bedroom. The furniture is beautiful, but we were a bit disappointed that they changed the way the drawers open and close.

    The bed is solid, well made and had no defects or blemishes. Delivery was quick, on time and the packaging was excellent. It was one of the easiest assemblies we have ever experienced. My husband was especially impressed with how clear the instructions were and the quality of the craftsmanship. We also liked that there were videos on the website that helped explain how to open up and put away the bed itself. The entire process was seamless. We have not slept in the bed yet - our first test will be when our son and daughter-in-law visit in a few weeks, however just lying on the bed it seems very comfortable.

    Bed is terrific. Delivery was the worst in history. Waited the initial period as advertised and when it came time to bring it to the address, emails and texts said it was on the way. Don't live in the house yet so we had to go stay there until it arrived. The driver called and said he was near and wanted to make sure of the address. Problem was he called from Vancouver, Washington. I live in Ohio. Had to wait a month for the bed to go from Vancouver to Portland to North Carolina to Ohio.
