Return Policy

RMA number required, all items must be received by us in original, re-sellable condition and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Replacement parts for items received defective will be provided free of charge but the freight for large parts will be the responsiblity of the customer. Replacement parts for any other reason such as freight damage must be purchased if available or an entirely new product may need to be ordered.

What sizes and finishes does the Eureka come in?
Archic sells the frame in full and queen in Black Walnut, Cherry, Chocolate and Natural. Night and Day also makes a chair size.

Does the Eureka have arms?
No. Night and Day describes it as free and easy, with no arms in your way.

Is the mattress included?
No. Night and Day says the mattresses and covers shown in its photos are for display of the frame only and the covers are not available.

Can I add storage?
Yes. Night and Day lists rolling storage drawers as an optional accessory.
