Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the K-Series and the P-Series?
Frame height. The K-Series sits higher than the P-Series, so its optional under-bed drawers are deeper — the same drawers used on the bunk beds — and an optional trundle can be used. The P-Series is Night and Day's original platform bed height, and its rails can be reversed to adjust for mattress height. If drawer depth or a trundle matters, the K-Series is the one to choose.
Which series has the storage drawers?
Both. Under-bed drawers are an optional accessory on the K-Series and the P-Series alike. The difference is depth: the K-Series sits higher, so its drawers are deeper.
Are the drawers included with this bed?
No. Under-bed drawers are an optional accessory and are not part of the Complete Bed — contact us and we will add a set to your order.
Which drawer size fits my bed?
Use Full size drawers for Twin and Full beds. Use Queen size drawers for Queen and King beds. Drawers are packed two per box, and you can put drawers on both sides of the bed for extra storage.
What else can I add?
The Footboard Panel and the Folding Footboard Bench are both available for the Spices Bedroom Collection. The Footboard Panel hides the side of the drawers from view and gives the foot of the bed a finished look, which is why it is worth adding whenever you are using under-bed drawer storage.
Return Policy
RMA number required, all items must be received by us in original, re-sellable condition and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Replacement parts for items received defective will be provided free of charge but the freight for large parts will be the responsiblity of the customer. Replacement parts for any other reason such as freight damage must be purchased if available or an entirely new product may need to be ordered.
