These are not considered flaws or defects but characteristics of the piece.
                                                                                                                                                      Inspect all cartons upon receipt and notate all damages/shortages on the delivery receipt.

                                                                                                                                                      Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of the receipt of goods. This is required if a freight claim is to be filed with the carrier by their deadline.

                                                                                                                                                      To initiate a claim, please contact Archic Furniture’s support lines via phone, live chat, or email. Please list the item number, quantity, invoice number and specific problem with the product along with your preference on replacing, crediting or discounting item.
                                                                                                                                                      Please note the Carrier’s Delivery Receipt accordingly at the time of delivery:
                                                                                                                                                      Excessive damage–Take photos, note damages on the delivery receipt and refuse with driver.

                                                                                                                                                      Visible damages–If there are visible damages that you are willing to accept, please note the damages on the delivery receipt.

                                                                                                                                                      Signing a delivery receipt without a pallet count or noted damages/shortages may result in denial of a claim.
                                                                                                                                                      If no pictures are received, your claim will be placed on hold until received.
                                                                                                                                                      Authorized returns should be returned in the original carton and packing. Unauthorized returns will incur a 20% restocking fee and all freight.
                                                                                                                                                      After a Claims Specialist reviews your claim, they will contact you via phone or e-mail.

It is reasonably simple to put up, but keep in mind that it is 7.5 feet tall and may require assistance. Once "fluffed," it fills the area and looks lovely.

Delivery was quick, on time and the packaging was excellent. It was one of the easiest assemblies we have ever experienced. My husband was especially impressed with how clear the instructions were and the quality of the craftsmanship. We also liked that there were videos on the website that helped explain how to open up and put away the bed itself. The entire process was seamless. We have not slept in the bed yet - our first test will be when our son and daughter-in-law visit in a few weeks, however just lying on the bed it seems very comfortable.

Delivery was the worst in history. Waited the initial period as advertised and when it came time to bring it to the address, emails and texts said it was on the way. Don't live in the house yet so we had to go stay there until it arrived. The driver called and said he was near and wanted to make sure of the address. Problem was he called from Vancouver, Washington. I live in Ohio. Had to wait a month for the bed to go from Vancouver to Portland to North Carolina to Ohio.
