This oven cooks food very quickly and preserves nutritional quality, while allowing you to infuse your pizzas, meats, and vegetables with the flavors of smoky wood. With a vertical design, smoke travels easily to infuse whatever is cooking, whether your items are baking or roasting. Plus, the portable design, removable stack, and foldable legs allow you to bring this lightweight oven with you to wherever you need it most! Whether it needs to be moved on-site at your establishment or taken to an event or tailgate party, this versatile oven is built to be transported with ease!

This double-walled steel oven's interior has a fire blanket insulation to withstand the heat. The entire oven, inside and out, is constructed of type 430 stainless steel to withstand the wear and tear of commercial use. Plus, it features extra-thick 11-milimeter cordierite for added durability! With its down-draft air induction system, sight window, and high-temperature thermometer, this oven offers enhanced temperature management. You can add wood or charcoal through the easy-load fire box to help give your delicious creations a wonderful smokey flavor. This oven includes a convertible cover / carrying bag and an accessory kit so you can start cooking right away!
