Frames, platform beds and cabinet beds

Bed frames and platform beds (Alpine, Worldwide, Whiteline, LH Imports, Manhattan Comfort, Union Home) are beds and frames. Worldwide Home Furnishings titles include "60" Queen Platform Bed" or "60" Queen Bed", and the Lumina and Russell pages list solid wood slats with no box spring required. The Russell page says the mattress is not included.

Queen Murphy cabinet beds (Night and Day Furniture and Arason) fold up into a free-standing cabinet. On the Night and Day pages the Complete Set includes a gel-infused memory foam mattress and the Cabinet Only option ships without one. Night and Day Furniture Queen Murphy Cabinet Bed Cube

It’s a winner!

After shopping in furniture stores and online searches for a Murphy cabinet bed, I happened upon this one. The dimensions fit our space and the style is neutral enough to blend well with other furniture. We chose the cherry finish which is really lovely, The ratings provided by other shoppers were really helpful, and at several suggestions decided to also order the Memory foam mattress topper from this site.
Communication from the company was excellent as we planned for the arrival. My husband and I (both age 75) were able to easily assemble by following the video instructions which included unloading the freight parcel and moving it into the house. Allow 2+ hours start to finish. It’s a winner!
